While going through a recipe book the other day, I came across a recipe for sage mouthwash. Not only is sage delicious, it also has antibacterial and sterilizing properties. Used as a mouthwash, it is said to help prevent an oncoming cold. This mouthwash is incredibly easy to make. All you need are a handful of freshly picked sage leaves and about a cup and a half of water. After simmering the ingredients for about twenty minutes, strain the mixture and let cool. All done!
